Francisco J. Gonzalez was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and in 1978 moved to Austin, Texas. He has been in the Central Florida area since 1994. Mr. Gonzalez is a civil trial lawyer whose areas of practice include wrongful death, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice and other personal injury matters. Mr. Gonzalez also handles Social Security Disability cases, for those who are unable to work due to their disabling condition.
Mr. Gonzalez received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma Wesleyan University (www.okwu.edu). Subsequently, Mr. Gonzalez earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Barry University School of Law (www.barry.edu/law). Since 1999, Mr. Gonzalez has assisted thousands of injured individuals who have been victims of someone else’s negligence. Additionally, Mr. Gonzalez has represented thousands of disabled individuals before the Social Security Administration, in connection to their inability to sustain employment and their need to secure Social Security Disability benefits due to their disabling condition.
Mr. Gonzalez is a member of various professional organizations including the American Association for Justice, The Florida Justice Association, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Metro Orlando, and The Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, International. Francisco J. Gonzalez is admitted to practice law in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the State of Florida, including the Middle Federal District Court.
