J. Clancey Bounds has practiced law for seventeen years. In that time he has practiced both as a defense lawyer representing physicians, hospitals and nursing homes and now as a lawyer representing seriously injured persons. Mr. Bounds is licensed to practice law and has tried lawsuits in several states and devotes a portion of his professional time lecturing on medical negligence topics to the legal community.

Since 1999, Mr. Gonzalez has assisted thousands of injured individuals who have been victims of someone else’s negligence.  Mr. Gonzalez focuses primarily on automobile accident litigation. Additionally, Mr. Gonzalez has represented thousands of disabled individuals before the Social Security Administration, in connection with their inability to sustain employment and their need to secure Social Security Disability benefits due to their disabling condition.

Mr. Bounds graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors in Political Science in 1990 and thereafter obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1993.
